Every person has two portraits.
The figure, the silhouette, the way they hold and move their body. And the face. Either one communicates you completely. Somehow there is a smaller you inside your face.
Is it not weird that you can look at a face and feel you see someone in their entirety?
Humans! Other humans. The worst! The best. Hell is other people, and there is nothing more useful to a man than another man. Stuck on this earth, in this life, with all these other glorious assholes. At least you'll have someone to dance with.
Ah the face. The face is a flower and we are bees, colourful and intense, inviting, repulsive, unreasonably captivating. Lock eyes by accident even for a moment and feel the sticky capture. Feel the effort it takes to peel yourself from the eyes. Spooky attraction at a distance, electromagnetism of two souls.
The face. Radar station of information, broadcasting and telegraphing state and intent. See safe disinterest, warm affection or burning furious danger. Every day go and judge intent. Passport of the soul, it lists everything: your age, demeanor, the surface temperature of your thoughts.
