1. General overview This website operates as the official online store for Aleksander Rostov's art. By purchasing a print from this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. The prints sold here are limited edition art pieces, specifically part of the FANTASTIKA drop under the Rostovjanka series.

2. Intellectual property All artwork, images, texts, and designs on this website are the exclusive property of Aleksander Rostov. Purchasing a print does not transfer any reproduction rights or copyrights. It is strictly prohibited to copy, distribute, or reproduce the artwork in any form without prior written consent from the artist.

3. Pricing and payments All prices are listed in Euros. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but this will not affect orders that have already been placed. Payments are processed securely via our payment provider.

4. Shipping and import taxes Shipping costs for Standard Edition prints are calculated and added at checkout as a flat rate based on your delivery region. For Patron Edition prints, custom shipping costs are calculated individually and will be billed to you separately after the initial purchase. Please note that for all international orders outside the European Union, the buyer is solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees applied by the destination country.

5. Delivery time Since these are limited edition runs tied to a specific sale event, please allow 2 to 4 weeks for printing and shipping after the sale event officially concludes. You will be notified via email once your print has been dispatched.

6. Product handling and care Our giclée prints are archival quality. While resistant to fading, the paper surface is delicate and sensitive to scuffs. We strongly advise framing the artwork immediately upon receipt to protect it from accidental damage. While a frame with museum-quality glass is the ideal choice for optimal UV protection, the most important step is simply getting the print safely framed. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper handling after the artwork has been delivered safely.
